Ordering from Epic Industries is easy. Orders can be submitted by downloading the order form, filling it out and then saving the completed order form to your computer. You can then attach the completed order form to an email sent to orders@epicdoors.ca. Alternatively, you can print out your completed order form and fax it to 250-554-3809.

Please check the confirmation you receive from us carefully for accuracy and note any changes if required.

Once you have verified and made any possible changes to the confirmation, please sign and fax / email it back to us. We will then place the order into production upon receipt.

Please note: All orders can be submitted in either Metric or Imperial measurements.

RUSH Program

Our normal 10 day lead-time can be reduced by enrolling in the RUSH Program when placing an order. This is an express service that we offer to reduce the time of ordering to shipping out of the door. The lead-time is shortened to 4 days, and in order for us to complete this for you in that time frame; we charge an additional 25% surcharge for this service.

Once an order is placed in production, changes and cancellations are subject to additional charges.

Payment Policy

A credit application must be submitted before any terms of payment will be authorized. Without a current, signed credit application sales terms will be COD.

Account terms and credit limit will be established based on credit history, bank information and anticipated sales volume.

All orders for new customers and inactive accounts will require pre-payment until credit terms have been established. If orders exceed the established credit limit, a deposit may be required to offset the difference.

Accounts with a past due balance are subject to a 2% service charge.

Shipment Policy

  • Local orders will be wrapped and can be picked up.
  • All orders to be shipped will be either palletized or crated depending on size of order.
  • We will ship order by customer specified carrier.
  • All shipments must be inspected for damage and brought to the attention of the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for damage once order has been shipped.
