I’ve been using Epic’s products since they first opened. First when working with another local cabinet fabricator as an installer, then again as a Construction Manager for a general contractor, and now I solely use their wrapped products exclusively. I’ve tried 3 other fabricators in Calgary, and have had nothing but problems. I don’t care what the price difference is anymore. Customer service and a superior product make a world of difference. I have door of theirs that I salvaged after the cabinets they were on fell apart on one project. They were about 25 years old at the time, but I couldn’t throw them out. The old cabinets went to the landfill, but the doors went onto new cabinets in my shop. They’re now 30 years old and still going strong. Today, as a general contractor and specialist in fabricating and installing custom millwork, I use their products where my clients need extreme durability and ease of maintenance, while still looking fantastic, and I don’t bother with 2nd or 3rd quotes. It’s not worth my time or risk to my reputation.

I have been buying vinyl wrapped doors through Epic Industries for over 20 years. Every detail of the work they do is leaps ahead of their competition. Their packaging and crating ensures ZERO freight related damage, their vinyl adhesion is fantastic with it only letting go in direct abuse situations. The professionalism of their staff and owner is second to none and if they ever make a mistake, which is almost never, the own the problem and get it rectified immediately.
